  • Fillet of white fish – 400 g
  • Coconut milk – 400 ml
  • Tomatoes – 300 g
  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Chili pepper – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Curry seasoning – 1.5 tbsp
  • Lime (for zest) – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste

  1. To make fish curry, first put in a blender the chili pepper without grains (if you want to be hot, the grains should be left), garlic, vegetable oil, salt, curry seasoning, and lime zest. Blender and get curry paste.
  2. Fry the onions in sunflower oil.
  3. Add curry paste.
  4. After a minute, add the tomatoes cut into slices.

  5. Fill with coconut milk, reduce heat.

  6. Boil the curry sauce until slightly thickened. Add the white fish fillet. Bring the fish into the curry sauce until tender.
