  • Salt – 2 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Milk

  1. Let’s prepare the minced meat. Soak 200 grams of a white roll in milk and set aside.
  2. Peel 1 onion, wash, cut into small cubes.
  3. Fry until golden brown in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and cool.
  4. Pass 1 kilogram of pitted fish fillet, 4-5 cloves of garlic, a white roll squeezed from milk, and 1-2 onions through a meat grinder with a frequent grill.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 egg, 2 teaspoons of salt to the minced meat.
  6. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar, 0.5 teaspoons of ground black pepper, 0.5 teaspoons of grated nutmeg, cooled fried onion along with the oil in which it was fried, and mix everything well.

  7. Soaking hands in vegetable oil, form 20 medium cutlets. Put the cutlets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper greased with vegetable oil.
  8. Using a brush, grease the cutlets with one tablespoon of mayonnaise.

  9. We bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 45 minutes.
  10. Put the finished fish cakes on a dish and serve with fresh or pickled vegetables, with baked potatoes, or with another side dish.
