- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- 1 egg (s)
- 4 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon flour
- salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoon oil, for frying

- Pat the fish fillet dry, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the desiccated coconut with breadcrumbs. Whisk the egg.
- Roll the fillets in flour, pull them through the egg and then roll them in the coconut flakes and breadcrumbs mixture.
- Fry them golden-yellow on both sides in the hot oil.
