  • 4 fish fillet (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Pat the fish fillet dry, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the desiccated coconut with breadcrumbs. Whisk the egg.
  3. Roll the fillets in flour, pull them through the egg and then roll them in the coconut flakes and breadcrumbs mixture.
  4. Fry them golden-yellow on both sides in the hot oil.
