Ingredients

  • 1 head Chinese cabbage
  • 1 large fish fillet (s), or 2 small ones
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon stock, grained
  • Lemons)
  • Fish seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon caraway seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and chop the Chinese cabbage. Put everything (!) In a pan. Even if it piles up in it at the beginning! First fry the cabbage over medium heat without fat or oil, stirring again and again, the amount will be reduced quickly.
  2. In the meantime, drizzle the fish lightly with lemon, season with salt, pepper and season with fish seasoning on both sides. Pour 1-2 tablespoons (depending on your taste) of granular stock over the cabbage, add the caraway seeds, place the fish fillet (s) on top and simmer covered for approx. 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Divide the fish and cabbage on plates, add some stock - done.
