  • 150 g fish fillet (s), (saithe or oldfish)
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 slice / s lemon (s)

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes.
  2. Peel the onion, dice finely. Mix with quark, milk, herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the fish with lemon and season. Fry in hot oil. Peel the potatoes. Serve with sauce and fish. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
