Fish Fillet with Vegetables

Fish stew with vegetables – light, quick and delicious lunch … or dinner

Ingredients

  • Fish fillet – 500 g
  • Large onions – 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Flour for breading
  • Salt pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

How to cook fish with vegetables:

Directions

  1. Dice onions, tomatoes, peppers. Cut a clove of garlic into halves.
  2. First, let’s prepare the vegetable dressing. To do this, fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add pepper, fry with onions.
  4. Add tomatoes, stir, season with salt, and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  5. Place vegetables on a plate. Breaded fish fillets in flour, salt, and pepper. Fry in a skillet, in which the vegetables were stewed, until golden brown, on both sides.
  6. Put all the fish in a frying pan, put the stewed vegetables on top. Pour 1/3 cup of water and simmer the fish and vegetables for 5 minutes until the water boils away.
