Ingredients
- 400 g lettuce, (mixed or whatever everyone likes)
- 4 tomato (s)
- 1 spring onion (s)
- Dressing, self-made (to taste) or finished product
- 10 fish fingers
- Butter, or oil for frying

- Fry the fish fingers, let them cool down a bit, then divide them 1-2 times.
- Wash the lettuce and pluck a little, cut the spring onion into fine rings, quarter the tomatoes and then mix everything together.
- Fold in the fish fingers, pour the dressing over the salad and you`re done.
- Baguette goes well with the salad.
