- Let’s make a sauce for fried fish. Squeeze 5 cloves of garlic through the garlic press (you can cut it, it doesn’t matter).
- Add one teaspoon of salt and, if desired, 0.5 teaspoons each of ground black pepper and coriander seeds.
- Fill all this with 300 milliliters of warm boiled water. We mix. The garlic sauce is ready.
- Cut the cleaned, gutted fish (carp or carp) into pieces 1.5 centimeters wide.
- Breaded fish in flour.
- Fry in a large amount of well-heated oil, until crispy brown. We take out the fried carp from the pan, dip in the garlic sauce, and put on a dish.
- Serve fried carp with potatoes, pickles, and fresh vegetables.
