Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillet (s), (cod, redfish, saithe)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 5 carrot (s)
  • 2 leeks
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Water, sour, salt the fish.
  2. Dice the onion, roughly grate the carrots, cut the leek into fine strips. Sauté the onion in oil, add the carrots and leek, sauté briefly, add the sour cream, season with salt and nutmeg.
  3. Grease the baking dish, put the fish in it, cover with the vegetable mixture, sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake in the open pan at 160 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes
