Fish in Garlic Oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the garlic. Chop 1 - 2 quarters not too small. Put the oil in a large pan and let it warm up. Place the garlic quarters in the oil and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes. They are allowed to tan, but should not be too dark.
  2. In the meantime, sprinkle the fish fillets with salt and pepper and turn them in the flour. Fish the garlic quarters out of the oil. Place the fillets in the oil, place the finely chopped garlic on top and fry for 1 - 2 minutes on each side. Cut the lemon into wedges and add to the serving.
