Fish in the oven with Pineapples

by Editorial Staff

Fast and easy to prepare. Very often I cook fish in the oven, including when I’m on a diet. And even considering that mayonnaise is used.

How to cook fish in the oven with pineapple:

Fish in the oven with Pineapples Instructions

  1. Prepare food. Defrost the fish (I remove the ice under hot water, and then put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes). Drain the pineapple jar. Select the desired seasoning.
  2. Put a sheet of foil on a baking sheet. Bend around all edges (make sides). Coat this leaf with mayonnaise.
  3. Sprinkle the fish with a seasoning of your choice (here I used my own for each fish: hot chili, red bell pepper, ginger, and white pepper).
  4. We spread the fish on foil, sprinkle with seasoning on the other side. You can also squeeze lemon juice onto the fish.
  5. Cover the fish with mayonnaise.
  6. Layout the pineapple pieces (fresh pineapple can be used if desired). And put it in the oven. If you used fillet – it will be ready in 15 minutes. If the carcass – no more than 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of the fish). You can check the readiness by baking the mayonnaise.

  7. Serve the fish baked in the oven on the table TOGETHER with foil. If the table is festive, you can use more than one sheet of foil, but beautifully cut your own for each fish (about 4 pieces will also fit on the baking sheet).

Enjoy your meal!
