  • Fish – 0.5 kg
  • Carrots – 0.5-1 kg (to taste)
  • Onions – 200 g
  • Ground coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Hot pepper – 1 pod
  • Salt – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 100 g

  1. Cut the fish, rinse, free from bones, cut into small pieces.
  2. Chop hot peppers very finely.
  3. Wash carrots, peel, chop on a coarse grater. Peel, wash, and chop the onion.
  4. Sprinkle the fish with salt, spices, and sugar.
  5. Combine fish with chopped vegetables, add chopped coriander seeds and vegetable oil, mix everything.

  6. Set under oppression and place in the refrigerator, pre-watered with vegetable oil.
  7. In a day, the fish marinated in vegetables will be ready to eat along with the vegetables.
