Ingredients

  • 750 g fish fillet (s) (cod or redfish in 8 thin slices as possible)
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 4 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ curry powder
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • sugar
  • 2 large apples
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish fillets, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice and let stand for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper, brush with the sour cream and sprinkle with the parsley. Roll up the fish fillets and stick them together with wooden sticks.
  2. Peel the onion, chop it finely and fry it in the butter until translucent. Add the flour and curry while stirring and sweat, deglaze with the vegetable stock. Bring the sauce to the boil and season with salt and sugar. Cook the fish rolls in the sauce over a low heat for about 15 minutes.
  3. Peel the apples, cut 4 thick slices from the center and cut out the core. Turn the apple slices in the breadcrumbs. Fry until almost soft in butter, then keep warm on a platter. Arrange the fish rolls on top and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Grainy cooked rice tastes good with it.
