  • Red onion – 90 g
  • Potatoes (boiled) – 150 g
  • Carrots – 60 g
  • Tomato – 200 g

  • Garlic – 15 g (2-3 cloves)
  • Lemon – 30 g
  • Parsley to taste

  1. Boil the potatoes in boiling water (20-25 minutes), then cut into cubes.
