Ingredients

  • 600 g fish fillet (s), e.., pollack or redfish
  • 250 g shrimp (s)
  • 3 sweet potato (s)
  • 3 bell pepper (s)
  • 3 potato (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 60 g iner, fresher, chopped
  • 1 glass fish stock
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fat, or tomka paste, as desired
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Fry the ginger and garlic in a little fat (or tomka paste). Pour in the fish stock and coconut milk and bring to the boil.
  2. Add the cleaned and cut vegetables, season with salt. Cook for 10 minutes over a mild heat. Add the fish and prawns and leave to stand for another 10 minutes.
