Fish “under a Fur Coat”

Fish fillet baked with vegetables and cheese. Delicious and simple.

  • Fillet of any fish (I had pollock) – 1 kg
  • Carrots – 3 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mayonnaise
  • Greens

How to cook fish “under a fur coat”:

Directions

  1. Dry the fish fillets with paper towels and put them on the bottom of a baking sheet (or baking dish). The bottom of the baking sheet can be covered with foil or parchment. We try to cover the entire bottom with fillet fish. Salt and pepper.
  2. Then cut the onions into half rings and put them on the fish. The next layer is to spread the carrots, grated on a coarse grater. And also grated cheese.
