Ingredients
Pangasius fillet (thawed) – 2 pcs. (1 kg)
Fresh champignons – 500 g
Bulb onions (large) – 1 pc.
Dry white wine – 50 ml
Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
Sour cream (21%) – 2 tbsp
Hard cheese (grated) – 100 g
Olive oil – 30 ml
Sunflower oil – 50 ml
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sprinkle the ovenproof dish with olive oil, salt and pepper at the bottom of the dish. Put the fish fillet in a mold, season with salt and pepper, pour with lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil. Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake the fillets for 15-20 minutes.
While the fish is baking, cook the mushroom mass. To do this, first finely chop the onion, fry it in sunflower oil until transparent. Add wine and cook, stirring occasionally, until evaporated.
Finely chop the mushrooms, add to the onion and fry until tender, 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour mushrooms into a bowl, add sour cream and grated cheese, mix.
Remove the dish with the fish from the oven, spread the mushroom mass on the fish in an even layer.
Put the fish with mushrooms in the oven for 10-15 minutes, so that the dish is browned. Serve the fish baked with mushrooms hot.
