- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Layout the fish fillets. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Dip the pomidors in boiling water.
- Remove the tomatoes from the water, remove the skins, and remove the seeds. Cut the tomato pulp into small pieces.
- Chop the onion coarsely. Finely chop the garlic.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until transparent. Add garlic. Fry for another minute.
- Add pomidors. Season with salt and simmer without a lid over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
- Add paprika, cinnamon, sugar, tomato paste. Spice up.
- Add wine and stir. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add parsley leaves, stir.
- Put the mixture on the fish.
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Bake fish and tomatoes for 35-40 minutes.
- The fish baked with tomatoes is ready. Serve with boiled rice.
