Ingredients
silver carp – 3 pieces
carrots – 1 pc
zucchini – 1 piece
bell pepper – 3-4 pods
leek – 1 feather
broth – 1.5-2 cups
OR water – 1.5-2 cups
tomato paste – 2 tbsp
bay leaf – 2 pcs
salt to taste
pepper – to taste
spices to taste
Directions
Take 3 small silver carp (or any other fish). We clean, cut into fillets with skin.
Dice the carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, chop the leek.
We put vegetables and fish in a bowl, pour a little water or fish broth so that the water does not cover the vegetables. Add 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste, bay leaves, salt, pepper, and other spices as desired.
We send fish with vegetables to the oven without covering. Silver carp stewed with vegetables is cooked for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 220-250 degrees.
Fish with vegetables can be served as a separate dish or with a side dish.
