  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Tomato paste – 4 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Dried oregano – 1 pinch
  • Dried dill – 1 pinch
  • Dried basil – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. Cut the carrots into thin strips.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings.
  3. Finely chop the garlic.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry onions and carrots over medium heat until soft, for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add garlic to the pan and fry for another 1 minute.
  6. We wash the fish (pollock fillet), pat it with a paper towel, and cut into 3-4 cm pieces.

  8. Put tomato paste into the pan (if it is very thick, you can dilute it a little with water), add flour, oregano, dill, and basil. Salt and pepper to taste.
