Fish Zrazy with Cheese and Egg

Today we will cook delicious fish zrazy with cheese and eggs. They are best cooked from marine fish with minimum bone content.

Ingredients

  • Fish (we have frozen pollock) – 800 g
  • Bulb onions, large – 1 pc.
  • Semolina – 1 ½ tablespoon.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Green onions (feathers) – 1 bunch
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon

Our choice fell on pollock.
You can use absolutely any hard cheese for making fish zraz. The main thing is that it melts well.

Directions

  1. First, we will wash the fish thoroughly and remove the bones and fins. We also clean the onion. Let’s boil a hard-boiled egg.
  2. Let’s pass the resulting fillet and onion through a meat grinder.
  3. Add salt and semolina. Let’s mix everything. The minced fish is ready.
  4. Let’s take care of the cheese filling. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Finely chop the green onion feathers.
  5. Chop the hard-boiled and cooled egg with a knife.
  6. Mix the chopped cheese, onion, and egg in one container.
  7. From the resulting cheese mass, we blind small balls.
  8. From minced fish, and it is perfectly molded, we will form larger balls. We flatten them with our hands, put a cheese ball in the middle. We connect the fish edges. We ended up with round zrazy.
  9. Put all the fish zrazy in oil heated in a deep frying pan. Controlling so that nothing burns, fry the fish zrazy from all sides until fully cooked over medium heat.
  10. Fish zrazy with cheese and egg is ready.
  11. We serve fish zrazy to the table. Enjoy your meal!
