  • Fresh green peas (or frozen) – 150 g
  • White bread – 50 g (3 slices)
  • Milk – 50 ml
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Bread crumbs – 4 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Onions – 60 g

Directions

  1. I have a pollock fillet, you can take any white fish fillet. I use young green peas, but you can also take frozen ones. You do not need to defrost it.
  2. Peel the onion, wash and dry. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon in a skillet. a spoonful of vegetable oil put the onion and fry for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and soft.
  4. In a small saucepan, bring 300-400 ml of water to a boil, add the young peas and cook for 2 minutes. Cook frozen peas for 3 minutes.
  5. Place the peas on a sieve, rinse with cold water and drain.
  6. Put the peas and fried onions in the bowl of a kitchen blender, add a pinch of salt.
  7. Chop the peas and onions in a puree. Transfer the mass to a bowl.
  8. Break the loaf into pieces and pour over the milk. Leave on for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Put the squeezed loaf and slices of pollock fillet into the bowl of a kitchen blender.
  10. Add egg, salt, and pepper to taste.
  11. Grind the fish and loaf until smooth.
  12. Divide the minced meat and mashed peas into equal parts according to the number of future meals (I have 5 parts). Take one part of the minced meat, make a thin flat cake on your hand, and put one part of the mashed potatoes in the center.
  13. Connect the edges of the flatbread and form a buried patty. Roll the prepared grain into breadcrumbs. In the same way, form zrazy from the remaining minced meat and pea puree.
  14. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and add the zrazy. Fry over low heat for 4-5 minutes, then turn over and fry for another 4-5 minutes.
  15. Delicious fish zrazy with green peas are ready. They go well with fresh vegetables, potatoes, or cereals. Enjoy your meal!
