  • Fish fillet – 500 g
  • Eggs – 1 pcs.
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

  • Breadcrumbs – 1-2 tbsp
  • Champignons – 150 g
  • Onions – 0.5 pcs.
  • Carrots – 0.5 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Flour for breading

For the sauce:

  • Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 150 g
  • Butter – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Chopped greens – 1 tbsp

  1. We pass the fish through a meat grinder, salt, pepper, and season. Add the egg. If the minced meat is liquid, add breadcrumbs.
  2. From minced meat, we make portioned balls the size of an egg.
    For the filling, finely chop the onion, carrot, and mushrooms. Fry them in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. We make a cake from a bun in the palm of our hand. Put a teaspoon of minced meat in the middle, pinch, and form zrazy.

  4. Dip them in flour and spread on the heated fat.
  5. Fry fish zrazy on both sides over moderate heat until golden brown. For the sauce, fry the flour in butter, add sour cream, if necessary, dilute with water. Season with salt and pepper. Let’s add some greenery. I also added the remaining spoonful of mushroom filling. You can prepare mashed potatoes for zrazy.
