Ingredients

  • 1 banana (s)
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 250 ml natural yoghurt (preferably organic)
  • 3 tablespoon corn flakes, wheat flakes or similar with or without fruit
  • possibly maple syrup or caramel syrup
  • some vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the strawberries in half or quarter and sprinkle with a little vanilla sugar. Stir and let it steep. Remove the peel from the banana, cut in half and also cut into small pieces. Add to the strawberries. Then add the flakes and stir gently. Pour the yogurt over it. If you like it a little sweeter, you can top it off with a little maple syrp, caramel syrup or sugar.
  2. Mix carefully and divide into bowls.
