- 30 g low-fat quark
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 oreo biscuits
- 3 drops vanilla flavor (Flavdrops)

- Mix the egg and flour in a large mug. It is best to mash the banana beforehand on a plate with a fork and then add. Then put the low-fat quark in the cup and stir everything until a liquid mixture is formed.
- Now the oreo biscuit has to be crumbled and optionally tipped onto the dough with flavdrops. I recommend 3-4 drops of vanilla. Finally, mix everything again vigorously and place in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 600 watts.
- Agave syrup can also be used instead of flavdrops.
