- 1 egg white
- 1 handful spinach, cleaned, washed
- 1 handful mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoon, heaped skyr, quark or cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- some sesame, black
- dill
- 1 slice (s) smoked salmon

- Mix everything except dill and salmon together and fry in the pan on both sides for a few minutes at medium temperature.
- Top the omelette with the salmon, sprinkle with dill and enjoy straight away.
