  • 1 handful mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped skyr, quark or cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • some sesame, black
  • dill
  • 1 slice (s) smoked salmon

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except dill and salmon together and fry in the pan on both sides for a few minutes at medium temperature.
  2. Top the omelette with the salmon, sprinkle with dill and enjoy straight away.
