Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 100 g rapes
  • 500 g yourt, low in fat
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • Spice mix, (chicken seasoning)
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. First peel the onion and wash vegetables and fruits. Cut everything into small cubes. Rinse the chicken breast, pat dry and remove any fat residues. Then cut into relatively small pieces and season with chicken seasoning.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the onions until translucent. Then add the meat and fry all over. Meanwhile, put the tomatoes, cucumber and grapes in a bowl and pour the natural yoghurt over it. Season everything with lemon juice, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Add the onions and chicken and mix.
