Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • 150 g bacon, leaner
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 pack ham
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock, grained
  • 1 teaspoon herbal cream cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 slices cheese, (toasted cheese)
  • 100 ml water
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite.
  2. Dice the bacon, onion and ham and fry briefly in a little oil. Add diced peppers and fry briefly. Pour in the cream, water and broth and bring everything to the boil, then add the cream cheese. Simmer briefly and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add the toasted cheese and let it melt.
  3. Mix the sauce with the pasta in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake everything for about 15 minutes at 200 °.
