Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add oil, cocoa powder, hazelnuts, flour, baking powder and sparkling water and stir well. Fill into a greased bundt cake or springform pan and bake at 150-170 ° C in the preheated oven on the middle rack for approx. 50 minutes.
