Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For covering:

  • 150 g bacon cubes
  • 100 g smoked salmon, cut
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 150 g ratin cheese
  • 200 g sour cream

Instructions

  1. First make a dough out of flour, water, oil and salt. Knead this well and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
  2. Stir the sour cream until creamy and season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin. Then spread the sour cream on top and sprinkle the surface with diced bacon, salmon, chopped spring onions and cheese.
  4. Now close the tarte flambée and press the edges with a fork to create a nice calzone.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack or on the grill for a good 20 minutes.
