Ingredients
For the dough:
- 125 ml water, lukewarm
- 250 g flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt
For covering:
- 150 g bacon cubes
- 100 g smoked salmon, cut
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 150 g ratin cheese
- 200 g sour cream

- First make a dough out of flour, water, oil and salt. Knead this well and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- Stir the sour cream until creamy and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin. Then spread the sour cream on top and sprinkle the surface with diced bacon, salmon, chopped spring onions and cheese.
- Now close the tarte flambée and press the edges with a fork to create a nice calzone.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack or on the grill for a good 20 minutes.
