Ingredients

For the dough: (Quark-Oil-Dough)

  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 100 g quark
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt

For covering:

  • 2 onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 500 g camembert (s)
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. For the quark and oil dough, sieve the flour and mix in the baking powder. Knead with quark, oil, egg yolk and salt. Wrap in foil and put in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Heat the butter and sauté the onions until translucent. Mash the camembert with a fork, mix with the onions, cream and eggs. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, slightly larger than a 26 cm springform pan. Place the dough in the pan, forming an approx. 4 cm high edge. Spread the cheese mixture on the floor. Bake in the oven on the lower rack at 180 ° C for about 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
