Ingredients

  • 1 tarte flambée batter
  • 5 tablespoon tomato (s), happened

Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 250 degrees circulating air. Then peel the onion and cut half into thin rings. Then coat the tarte flambée base with more or less tomato puree, depending on the size. Now sprinkle the base well with the mentioned and / or any other spices and distribute the onion rings on the base. Then bake the flanm cake in the oven for a few minutes as indicated in the instructions and keep checking the texture of the dough.
  2. While baking, wash the rocket, wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces as desired and cut the Parmesan or Montello cheese into thin slices. When the tarte flambée is done, spread the tomatoes on the base, along with the cheese and rocket leaves. Finally, spread a few spritzes of balsamic cream over the entire base.
