  • 150 g butter
  • 25 g suar beet syrup
  • 230 g oatmeal
  • 90 g cane suar, brown

Instructions

  1. First put the butter with the sugar beet syrup in a saucepan and heat until it has melted. Then stir briefly once so that the sugar beet syrup combines with the butter. Now mix the oat flakes with the cane sugar and then stir in the butter-syrup mixture and continue to stir until the mixture is completely mixed with the oat flakes.
  2. Next, distribute the oatmeal mixture on a baking sheet and spread it thinly, then bake everything for about 18 minutes at 160 ° C fan oven.
  3. As soon as the flap jacks are baked, they are cut into squares while still hot. Then let them cool down.
