Flat Bread with Onions Instructions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Pour the chopped lettuce onions into a preheated pan and fry until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  2. Put the dough in a baking sheet about 25×30 cm in size and smooth it with your hands over the entire surface (you should get a layer about 0.7 cm thick).
  3. Use the handle of a spoon to make depressions in the layer of dough at intervals of about 2.5 cm. Sprinkle the future crust with the remaining olive oil, sprinkle with salt, rosemary, and fried onions.
  4. Place a baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake bread and onions at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, until light brown.
  5. Remove the finished bread with onions from the oven, allow to cool, and then cut into squares.
