Ingredients

  • 3 tomato (s), thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s), cut into thin rings
  • 2 scoops mozzarella, roughly diced
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

  • Basil, fresh

Instructions

  1. Halve the flatbread crosswise. Place both halves on baking sheets and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic and herbs of Provence. Cover with the tomato slices and season with salt and pepper. Spread the spring onions and finally the mozzarella on the bread and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper again.
