Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread (s)
  • 300 ml sour cream
  • 200 g ham (diced Kat ham)
  • 2 onions)
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • marjoram
  • 200 g cheese, rated Emmentaler

Instructions

  1. Halve the flatbread to make 2 flat flatbread pieces. Brush both inside of the bread with sour cream. Spread the cad ham cubes and grated cheese on the two halves.
  2. Cut the onion into rings and spread over the flatbread halves. Add a little salt, pepper and sprinkle with dried marjoram.
  3. The oven is preheated. In the oven at 150 degrees for about 10 minutes. Finished.
  4. I would now cut the halves into small pieces of cake. With it a good red wine and maybe a green salad.
