Ingredients

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 200 g corn flour
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped wild garlic, dried
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 3 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Either make the dough in the bread maker by adding all the ingredients starting with water and turning on the knead dough function.
  2. Make the dough from the ingredients without a bread maker and let it rise.
  3. After approx. 40 minutes, take the dough out of the machine early, place it on a baking sheet and press it into a flat cake. Let rise again covered for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Press in the flatbread with a finger or a wooden spoon handle and bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  5. Tip: You can brush the flatbread with melted butter before baking.
