Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 330 ml water, warm
  • 0.5 ½ pack ham (125 g), diced
  • 0.5 ½ cup onion (s) (fried onions)
  • 0.5 bag ½ cheese, grated
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast and mix with the salt until it becomes liquid. Put in a mixing bowl and mix with the flour, oil and water to form a dough. Cover the yeast dough and let rise in a warm place for about 25 minutes (until it has enlarged significantly).
  2. Add the ham cubes, fried onions and cheese and mix with the batter. Spread the mixture thinly on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
