- 1 flatbread (s)
- 500 g French fries for the oven
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 200 g herb quark (tzatziki)
- 200 g feta cheese
- 50 g lamb`s lettuce
- Spice mix for french fries (alternatively salt and paprika powder)

- Bake the fries in the oven according to the instructions on the packet, turning them.
- Wash the lamb`s lettuce well and then dry it. Cut the cucumber into slices, dice the feta cheese.
- Now put the flatbread on a rack with the fries in the oven for about 2-3 minutes.
- Quarter the flatbread and cut it open to the side to make a pocket. Put the french fries from the oven in a bowl, season with french fries or salt and paprika powder. Then put the tzatziki on the inside of the flatbread, fill it with the remaining ingredients and serve.
