Ingredients

  • 100 g orane peel
  • 100 g lemon peel
  • 40 g butter
  • 225 g flaked almonds
  • 125 g suar
  • 3 packs vanilla sugar
  • 300 ml cream
  • 90 g flour
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the lemon peel and orange peel. Put the butter in a saucepan and let it stand out. Stir in sugar, vanilla sugar, flaked almonds, lemon peel, orange peel, cream and flour and bring to the boil. Simmer the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, for two minutes until it is thick. Caution, likes to burn.
  2. Cover baking trays with baking paper and preheat the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Place little heaps with two teaspoons on the baking sheet and bake one after the other on the middle rack of the oven for approx. 15-20 minutes.
