Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 scoop / n mozzarella, light
  • 1 ½ can (s) tuna in its own juice, 50 g can
  • 3 egg (s)
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can tomato paste

For covering:

  • 4 slices ham
  • 2 handfuls rocket
  • 60 g parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Finely grate the light mozzarella or buy grated ones and mix with the drained tuna and eggs to form a dough. Season to taste with oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Line one or two baking sheets with parchment paper and distribute the dough evenly on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 ° C, then turn the pizzas, bake on the other side for 5 minutes, turn again and bake again for 5 minutes.
  3. Now take the pizzas out of the oven and spread the tomato paste on top. Now the pizzas can be topped up as the mood takes you. It is delicious with ham, rocket and parmesan.
  4. The pizzas come back into the oven for 5 minutes and can then be fed.
  5. The pizza is a great source of protein, has only a few carbohydrates, is perfect with approx. 20 g fat and tastes twice as good thanks to double cheese.
