  • 50 g quark with 20 - 40% fat
  • 3 tablespoon protein powder low carb (e.g. premium whey protein)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • possibly sugar or sweetener or stevia or salt
  • possibly cheese
  • possibly ham, diced

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, let it cool and then mix it with the quark, eggs and oil.
  2. Now use the protein powder with flavor and sugar as needed for sweet waffles - add some salt, cheese and diced ham to the batter for savory waffles.
  3. Heat up the waffle iron and bake approx. 2 - 3 waffles from the batter in portions.
  4. Tip: Another variant is to use four egg whites instead of two whole eggs.
