Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool, then mix well with the powdered sugar. Gradually add flour and knead. The dough is very crumbly! Knead for a long time so that it becomes supple.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 portions. Mix 1 part with the cocoa powder and the other part with the orange flavor. Now balls with a diameter of approx. 2 cm are formed from the dough and put together to form flowers on a baking sheet. 7 beads always make a flower. Bake on the middle rack at 150 ° for about 15 minutes. Let the flower biscuits cool completely on the baking sheet.
