Ingredients

  • 220 g flour, type 405
  • 250 g Nutella
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s), size M

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, knead the flour with a good 250 g Nutella, a pinch of salt and the egg to make a firm, compact dough. Cut off pieces of dough with a small spoon and shape into balls with your hands. Place this with a little space on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press lightly. You determine the size of the cookies yourself.
  2. Bake at 180 degrees on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. If the cookies look a little dry around the edges, then they are just right.
  3. Let the finished cookies rest on the baking sheet for another 5 minutes and then carefully place them on a wire shelf to cool. They are still very fragile as long as they are still warm!
  4. These cookies can be conjured up in no time and are just the thing for a cozy evening with girls on TV (Titanic or Dirty Dancing) - but they are also extremely popular with kids.
