  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar (bourbon)
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk on the stove. In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients in the shaker to a pulp and add to the hot milk, stirring constantly. When it thickens, peel it off the plate and let it cool (place cling film on the surface to prevent skin from forming). In the meantime, beat the two egg whites into snow and fold them into the cooled pudding.
