Ingredients

  • 300 g whole wheat flour
  • 21 g fresh yeast or 1 pack dry yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 130 ml milk and water, half each, lukewarm
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt and sugar together. Dissolve the yeast in the milk-water mixture while stirring and add to the mixture. Then add the oil and egg, knead everything well and let rise for 30-45 minutes in a warm place.
  2. Then knead the dough again. Line a small bread pan with baking paper and fill in the dough, let rise for another 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air and bake the yeast dough for about 20 - 30 minutes (pierce more often with a wooden stick to see if the dough is firm inside). If the bread is too dark, cover it with aluminum foil.
  4. Then let it cool down and enjoy, for example, for breakfast!
