Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs, quench and cut into small cubes. Mix the eggs with the sour cream, quark, onion, pepper and salt. Season with paprika, curry or chopped herbs, depending on your taste. Finally, carefully stir in the cream.
  2. TIP! The mass can be divided as often as you like and prepared with different spices. So you get a large selection of sauces with little effort.
