Ingredients

  • 80 ml buttermilk
  • 60 ml rapeseed oil
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 50 g honey, liquid
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour, (type 550)
  • 1 bag baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the buttermilk, oil, quark, honey and vanilla sugar together. Sieve the flour and baking powder and add to the liquid ingredients.
  2. Shape 10 rolls and place on a tray with baking paper and place the rolls on top. Brush the rolls with buttermilk.
  3. At 175 ° C fan oven, do not preheat, bake for approx. 20 minutes. Taste very good with jam.
