Ingredients

  • 750 g berries, mixed (forest fruit, frozen)
  • 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)
  • 100 ml amaretto
  • 100 ml lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Thaw the berries and puree them together with the lemon juice and amaretto in a saucepan. Add the preserving sugar and let it boil for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Now season the jam to taste and pour it into boiled glasses. Immediately close these with twist-off lids and turn them upside down for 5 minutes. Then let the glasses cool down at room temperature.
