Ingredients

  • 750 g fruits (forest fruits, frozen)
  • 500 g powdered suar
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 250 ml water
  • 750 ml vodka

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the powdered sugar in the water. Thaw the forest fruits and puree them with the water. Then mix with the other ingredients in a large bowl. Now pass the whole thing through a sieve and fill into suitable prepared bottles.
  2. As far as the shelf life is concerned, the liqueur lasts up to six months with us, then it is usually drunk with us!
